Founded in the 1950’s with a focus in Retirement benefits, Armstrong, Doyle & Carroll, Inc. evolved to support all facets of Employee Benefits Consulting and Brokerage services.  Armstrong, Doyle & Carroll supports Employers from all sectors and in all sizes from 2 to 2,000, both locally and nationally.

John Manion

Senior Benefits Consultant

John has been a benefits consultant with ADC for 8 years and worked Blue Cross as an Account Executive for 6 years prior to joining the team. He enjoys working with clients and is adept at developing realistic solution strategies that will have a positive impact on his client’s budget sheets and benefit experience.

Andrea has been a Benefits Consultant with ADC for 4 years. Prior to joining ADC, Andrea worked as a financial analyst for Morgan Stanley and GM, and uses her strong financial background to assist clients in managing costs and delivering exceptional benefits to employees.

Lisa has been with ADC team for 17 years, with an accumulated 35 years in the insurance industry. Lisa excels at meeting and exceeding her client’s expectations and is dogged in delivering the best outcomes to her customers.

Jackie has been an Account Executive with ADC for 10 years and worked with IBC for 15 years prior to coming on board. Jackie is passionate about assisting her clients and making sure that the issues they are facing are resolved quickly and with accuracy.

ADC assists several charities throughout the year and organizes local races to support several charities such as the Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group, the Parkinsons Council, Team CMMD and Homes for Our Troops.
