ACA sign-ups spike at open enrollment’s start
More than 200,000 Americans went onto the ACA Exchanges on November 1st and chose a plan on the first day of the day open enrollment season. That’s more than double the number of consumers who signed up on the first day of enrollment in 2016, despite the cuts to advertising and the widespread confusion about the ACA’s status, as it has endured a year of talk about Repeal and Replace.
