Will a CVS-Aetna be good for consumers?
The Dept of Labor has approved the $69 billion merger of CVS and Aetna. The question now is: what impact will this have on the consumer? Some suggestion is that a vertical integration such as this could improve cost efficiencies, therefore helping lower costs.
